The call is completely free and allows you to speak to a real person. If you find after the call that online training isn't for you, then that is absolutely fine.
I have helped hundreds of men and women gain confidence and improve their overall health and performance with online coaching. With my completely customised programmes and consistent feedback, I believe that online coaching is effective and accessible for everyone. I use a coaching platform to send you your programmes. All programmes are adjusted weekly alongside your video feedback. The app is very user friendly and can be accessed from your phone, so that you can update your stats and check your progress anywhere, anytime.
Unlike other cookie cutter programmes, at Fortis Coaching Method I customise your programme completely to you. So if you decide that you would like to take your training in a different direction, then we can of course discuss that and make those changes so you continue to enjoy working out and hit those goals. However I won't constantly make changes to your programme or add in crazy exercises that you have seen on TikTok. They key to making progress is consistency and if you keep making changes, you won't get the results you want.
You can contact me as your coach throughout the week via Whatsapp or via the coaching app Monday to Saturday. I am passionate about you getting the most out of your workout so if you are unsure about anything then just drop me a message and I will respond asap.
I work hard with all of my clients to provide the best possible feedback and encourage you to feel confident. With my customised programmes and excellent video feedback, Fortis Coaching Method is the next best thing to 1 to 1 coaching.
With video feedback, I can see how you are moving and provide changes to your movement patterns based on this, combined with your answers to my feedback questions. I have years of experience lifting and working with clients so although we may not be in a 1 to 1 session, the feedback and corrections will be the same providing you supply the correct feedback.
I can absolutely do this. I can also edit your programme to suit different environments such as hotel rooms, pools and the beach.
Of course. I would advise you on some basic home equipment to help you progress in your workouts, but I can still coach you the same as any client. Please bare in mind that home workouts do have their limitations so if you would like to progress and build more muscle, you will ideally need to purchase either some gym equipment or join a gym later down the road.
